Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Refunds

• Refunds have to be raised within 48 hours of delivery and are available only for those items which have problems related with leakage, breakage, wrong product, wrong quantity and other shipment errors.

2-Refund Process

• Once the returned item is received and verified, the refund will be processed within 7 to 14 working days.

3-Refund Method

• Refunds will be credited through the same payment method used during purchase.

4-How to Request a Refund

• To initiate a refund, send your order number and request via WhatsApp to the customer support team.
