Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation

• Customers can cancel their order within 12 hours of placing it directly through WhatsApp by messaging the customer support team.
  Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. Once the order is dispatched, cancellations will no longer be accepted.

Processing Time

• After a cancellation request is received, it will be processed within 48 hours. The customer will receive a confirmation via WhatsApp once the cancellation is successful.

Refunds for Canceled Orders

• If payment has already been made, refunds will be initiated within 7 to 14 working days after cancellation approval. The refund will be credited through the same payment method used during purchase.
